In the interest of tantalizing book lovers across the country, the Scotiabank Giller Prize is edging ever closer to announcing this year's winner. The longlist was announced two weeks ago and the shortlist was announced today:
The Matter with Morris by David Bergen (Phyllis Bruce Books/Harper Collins)Both short story collections are still in the running, as is the much talked about Annabel. In a month, we find out who wins. In the meantime, someone needs to start a fall book awards pool.
